**About GoMining**

GoMining is building the next generation of the Bitcoin economy, with a mission to transform Bitcoin from a passive investment into a seamless global payment method. As part of this vision, we're launching a new global payments business and are looking for an entrepreneurial leader to build and scale it from the ground up.

As Managing Director — Global Payments, you will take full ownership of this initiative, defining the commercial strategy, building the organization, establishing the operating model, and driving international growth. This isn't a role where you'll inherit an established business with mature processes and teams — it's an opportunity to create one. Working directly with the Founder and executive leadership, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping one of GoMining's most strategic growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

Build the Business

-   Define and execute the long-term vision and commercial strategy.
-   Design the operating model and organizational structure.
-   Develop the go-to-market strategy and international expansion roadmap.
-   Establish scalable processes, KPIs, and operating rhythms.
-   Build a sustainable, high-growth business.

Drive Commercial Growth

-   Develop and execute the global commercial strategy.
-   Build strategic partnerships with financial institutions, payment providers, fintech companies, enterprise merchants, and digital platforms.
-   Personally lead high-value commercial negotiations and strategic partnerships.
-   Identify new revenue opportunities and accelerate market expansion.

Build and Lead the Team

-   Hire and develop a high-performing international organization.
-   Build commercial, partnerships, operations, and growth functions.
-   Create a culture of ownership, accountability, and execution.
-   Mentor future leaders across the organization.

Executive Leadership

-   Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Marketing, and the Executive Team.
-   Translate customer and market insights into strategic product priorities.
-   Drive cross-functional alignment across all business areas.

Own Business Performance

-   Own commercial success and business growth.
-   Define and monitor key business metrics.
-   Build forecasting, reporting, and performance management frameworks.
-   Continuously optimize execution as the business scales globally.

## Requirements

-   **8+ years** of experience in commercial leadership, business development, general management, or executive leadership.
-   Proven experience building or scaling a business, business unit, new market, or product from the ground up.
-   Strong experience in **payments, fintech, financial infrastructure, banking, acquiring, or crypto payments**.
-   Proven track record of leading strategic partnerships and enterprise negotiations.
-   Experience owning commercial strategy and business growth.
-   Experience hiring, building, and leading high-performing international teams.
-   Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution.
-   Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
-   Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
-   Fluent English.
