> GoodHabitz · Eindhoven, Netherlands (Hybrid) · Full-time · Posted 2026-07-10

**Workplace:** hybrid

**Department:** Marketing

## Description

Hi, I am Ard Raemakers here at GoodHabitz and I am hiring a Marketing Automation Specialist for our newly structured Marketing team!

About this role:

As Marketing Automation Specialist at GoodHabitz, you are the engine behind our email and CRM campaigns, and the person actively shaping how AI and workflow automation make our marketing smarter and faster. You thrive at the intersection of hands-on campaign execution and modern tooling: you don't just run automation, you continuously improve it.

You sit within our Digital Performance team - a tight-knit group focused on advertising campaigns, email/CRM, and ongoing support of our go-to-market operations. Working closely with Performance Media, Demand Generation, and RevOps, you make sure campaigns go out the door on time, on target, and built to scale.

## Requirements

**What you'll do:**

- Run and optimise email & CRM campaigns. Build and improve automated email flows — nurture, onboarding, retention - with segmentation, personalisation and A/B testing. Own campaign calendars from brief to post-send reporting.

- Own Pardot day-to-day. Manage campaign setup, automation rules and engagement programmes. Monitor deliverability and engagement and work with the CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Manager on scoring models and journey logic. Flag and fix data issues that affect targeting or reporting.

- Build AI and workflow automation. Spot repetitive manual work and eliminate it using tools like Make.com and Claude. Create and document multi-step workflows connecting Pardot, Salesforce, advertising platforms and beyond. Bring practical ideas, not hype - to the team's automation roadmap.

- Track and improve performance. Monitor results across email and automation programmes, analyse what's working, and run structured tests with clear hypotheses and documented outcomes.

**This role is for you if you have:**

- Experience in marketing automation, ideally with a background in specialist email marketing; experience in digital advertising is a plus

- Hands-on experience with Pardot (Account Engagement)

- Detailled knowledge of Salesforce CRM and how it connects to Pardot

- Experience with automation tools like Make.com (or similar), and genuine curiosity about AI tools such as Claude

- Familiarity with advertising platforms (LinkedIn, Google Ads) is a plus

- Strong written and spoken English; additional languages (Dutch, German, Spanish) are a bonus, not a requirement

- A data-driven mindset - you understand data and can interpret it to make quick, informed decisions.

**This role is not for you if:**

- You'd rather run one steady campaign than juggle several in parallel: This role means keeping multiple workstreams moving without things slipping

- Manual, repetitive tasks don't bother you: This role is about spotting them and building your way out of them

- You want to stick with familiar tools: You'll be expected to explore new AI and automation tools and bring practical ideas back to the team

- You prefer to wait for direction on automation opportunities: This role rewards people who proactively spot what to fix
