This is a high-impact role within our shop. As the primary point of contact for customers, you will build trust, communicate clearly, and ensure every vehicle is serviced with accuracy, urgency, and care.

### Key Responsibilities

-   **Customer Engagement:** Greet customers, listen to their concerns, and accurately assess their automotive needs.
-   **Service Recommendations:** Present inspection findings, explain recommended repairs and maintenance in clear, non-technical terms, and confidently ask for the sale.
-   **Estimate Preparation:** Create detailed, accurate repair estimates and review them thoroughly with customers.
-   **Workflow Management:** Schedule appointments, prioritize jobs, and manage daily shop flow to maximize efficiency and productivity.
-   **Product Knowledge:** Maintain a strong understanding of services, maintenance intervals, and value-added products to provide informed recommendations.
-   **Communication & Coordination:** Work closely with technicians to ensure clarity on diagnostics, repair timelines, and parts availability.
-   **Customer Follow-Up:** Contact customers post-service to confirm satisfaction, address concerns, and build long-term relationships.
