**Licensed Mental Health Counselor**

**Massachusetts · Full-Time · Remote**  
**$115,000–$120,000 annually · Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM**

We’re looking for a **Licensed Mental Health Counselor** to join our remote outpatient practice and provide therapy to adults throughout Massachusetts. This position offers a consistent weekday schedule and the flexibility of working entirely online. You’ll meet with clients for scheduled sessions, complete initial evaluations, establish appropriate goals, and provide ongoing care based on their individual needs.

**The role includes:**

-   Conducting clinical assessments and intake evaluations
-   Providing individual psychotherapy through telehealth
-   Establishing and reviewing treatment goals
-   Monitoring client progress and responding to changes in presentation
-   Completing required clinical records accurately and within established timelines
-   Practicing in accordance with Massachusetts regulations and professional standards

**Ideal candidates will have** an active independent counseling license in Massachusetts, experience working with adult clients, strong clinical judgment, and the ability to manage their work effectively in a remote environment.

## Requirements

-   Active Massachusetts LICSW, LMFT or LMHC license
-   Master’s degree required
-   2+ years post-licensure experience
