**Job Summary**

We are hiring a **Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist** for a full-time telehealth position serving clients in Texas. This role centers on helping clients understand patterns, strengthen relationships, manage emotional stress, and work toward healthier day-to-day functioning.

**Responsibilities**

-   Meet with clients virtually for individual, couples, and family therapy sessions
-   Assess presenting concerns and determine appropriate treatment focus
-   Support clients with relationship concerns, family dynamics, parenting stress, anxiety, grief, and adjustment issues
-   Build treatment plans that are realistic, measurable, and clinically appropriate
-   Keep organized records of assessments, progress notes, and care updates
-   Use telehealth tools professionally and maintain strong session flow online

## Requirements
