**Schedule Options**

**Option 1: Four 10-Hour Days Preferred**

-   Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
-   Tuesday off each week

**Option 2: Monday–Friday Schedule**

-   Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
-   Wednesday, Friday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

**Responsibilities**

-   Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans for orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
-   Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, mobility training, balance activities, gait training, and functional rehabilitation
-   Educate patients on home exercises, recovery goals, safe movement, and activity progression
-   Reassess patient progress and update treatment plans when appropriate
-   Document all patient care in WebPT
-   Collaborate with PTAs and clinical team members to support patient care
-   Communicate with providers and referral sources when needed
-   Help patients improve movement, strength, function, and daily activity tolerance

## Requirements

-   Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
-   Active Missouri Physical Therapist license or eligibility for Missouri licensure
-   New graduates are encouraged to apply
-   Outpatient orthopedic experience is helpful, but not required
-   Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and documentation skills
-   Ability to work with patients across a broad age range
