### Remote LPC Opportunity in Virginia | Full-Time

**Location:** Virginia  
**Setting:** Telehealth  
**Salary:** $115,000–$120,000/year  
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

We are hiring a **Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)** to provide virtual counseling to adults across Virginia. You’ll work with clients facing anxiety, depression, stress, grief, relationship concerns, and life changes while maintaining a consistent outpatient caseload.

**In This Role, You Will**

-   Conduct individual therapy sessions by secure video
-   Help clients identify goals and work through emotional or behavioral concerns
-   Use appropriate counseling approaches based on each client’s needs
-   Maintain accurate progress notes and clinical records
-   Recognize safety concerns and make referrals when additional care is needed
-   Coordinate with other providers when appropriate

## Requirements

-   Active Virginia LPC license
-   Master’s degree in counseling or a related qualifying field
-   Previous clinical counseling experience
-   Strong communication and documentation skills
-   Comfortable providing care in a remote setting
