**Director of Physical Therapy**

**Position Summary**

We are seeking a Director of Physical Therapy for a full-time outpatient role in Woodstock, VA. The position offers **$90,000-$120,000 per year** and a consistent **Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM** schedule.

The Director of Physical Therapy will oversee clinical services, support staff, and help maintain strong care standards across the clinic. This role is ideal for a PT who enjoys combining hands-on treatment with practical leadership.

**Essential Duties**

-   Oversee therapy services in an outpatient clinic setting
-   Complete patient evaluations, reassessments, and treatment planning
-   Treat patients with orthopedic, post-operative, neurological, and functional mobility needs
-   Supervise clinical team members and assist with staff development
-   Review care plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries
-   Ensure documentation meets compliance and payer expectations
-   Help improve patient flow, communication, and clinic processes
-   Support a positive care experience from evaluation through discharge

## Requirements

-   Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
-   Active Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one
-   Experience in outpatient physical therapy required
-   Prior director, manager, or lead therapist experience preferred
-   Strong understanding of clinical documentation and outpatient care standards
-   Ability to lead teams with professionalism and clear communication
