**Physical Therapist Needed**

**Location:** Boca Raton, FL  
**Position:** Full-Time  
**Schedule:** M-F, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM  
**Patient Volume:** 1 patient an hour  
**Salary:** $80,000 to $100,000 per year depending on experience plus full benefits

**Job Summary:**  
We are looking for a Physical Therapist to join a private outpatient team. In this position, you will work with patients recovering from injury, surgery, or physical limitations and help them build strength, function, and mobility through personalized treatment. This is a structured role with a manageable patient load and consistent hours.

**Responsibilities:**

-   Perform evaluations and reassessments
-   Develop care plans that reflect each patient’s condition and goals
-   Lead treatment sessions focused on recovery and functional improvement
-   Adjust therapy plans based on patient response and progress
-   Educate patients on exercises, body mechanics, and recovery habits
-   Keep patient records current and organized

## Requirements

-   Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree
-   Active Florida Physical Therapist license
-   Strong communication and clinical judgment
-   Outpatient experience preferred, but not required
-   New graduates may be considered
