**Job Summary**

A PT-owned orthopedic outpatient office in **Briny Breezes, FL** is hiring a **Physical Therapist** for a full-time role with schedule flexibility and a manageable treatment pace. This position focuses on helping patients recover movement, reduce pain, rebuild strength, and return to daily life with better function.

You will work in a setting where care is practical, hands-on, and centered on measurable progress.

**Job Details**

**Salary:** $90,000–$110,000 per year, depending on experience  
**Schedule:** 4-day work schedule or Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM  
**Patient Volume:** 2 patients per hour  
**Setting:** Orthopedic Outpatient Office  
**Clinic:** PT-owned

**Responsibilities**

-   Evaluate patients and identify treatment goals
-   Design care plans for orthopedic and outpatient rehab needs
-   Provide treatment that may include manual therapy, exercise, gait training, mobility work, and functional activities
-   Help patients improve strength, motion, balance, and daily function
-   Update plans of care based on progress and response
-   Provide clear home exercise instruction
-   Complete documentation, progress notes, and discharge summaries
-   Work with PTAs and staff to support consistent care

## Requirements

-   Florida PT License required
-   DPT or MSPT Degree required
-   Outpatient experience preferred
-   New graduates welcome
-   Interest in orthopedic outpatient rehabilitation
-   Strong communication and follow-through
