**Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Delaware**

**Location:** Delaware

**Salary:** $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits  
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

**Job Summary**

We are hiring an LCSW licensed in Delaware for a full-time remote position. You will meet with clients by video and provide therapy for concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationship problems, and major life changes. Some clients may also need help finding other services or resources outside of therapy. You will be responsible for your sessions, notes, and any follow-up needed for the clients you work with.

**Responsibilities**

-   Provide individual therapy through telehealth
-   Talk with clients about the concerns bringing them to therapy
-   Review relevant personal, family, and social factors when needed
-   Keep session notes and other required records up to date
-   Help clients connect with outside services or resources when appropriate
-   Coordinate with other providers when needed
-   Respond to safety concerns according to clinical procedures
-   Follow Delaware licensing, confidentiality, and ethical requirements

## Requirements

-   Active Delaware LCSW license required
-   Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
-   Previous clinical therapy experience preferred
-   Comfortable providing services through telehealth
-   Strong documentation and communication skills
-   Ability to work independently in a remote clinical role
