**We’re Seeking an Occupational Therapist | Full-Time**

**Location:** Hillsborough, NJ  
**Position:** Full-Time  
**Salary:** $90,000 to $110,000 per year  
**Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

**Job Summary:**  
We’re seeking an Occupational Therapist to join a team focused on practical care and steady patient outcomes. In this role, you will help individuals strengthen the skills needed for everyday living, from self-care tasks to mobility and coordination. The work is hands-on, goal-oriented, and centered on helping patients function more safely and independently.

**Responsibilities:**

-   Evaluate patient abilities and identify areas that need support or improvement
-   Build treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals
-   Deliver therapy sessions that improve daily living skills and overall function
-   Recommend adaptive methods or equipment when appropriate
-   Review patient progress regularly and modify treatment plans as needed
-   Keep documentation complete, accurate, and up to date
-   Partner with healthcare staff and caregivers to support continuity of care

## Requirements

-   Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
-   Active New Jersey Occupational Therapist license
-   Current NBCOT certification
-   Previous clinical experience preferred
-   Strong communication and documentation skills
