**Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) – Delaware**

**Job Summary**

Join a remote therapy team working with individuals, couples, and families across Delaware. As an LMFT, you’ll help clients sort through relationship difficulties, family stress, parenting concerns, anxiety, and major changes in their lives. The focus is on having productive sessions, keeping documentation in order, and knowing when a client may need something beyond regular therapy.

**What You’ll Do**

-   See individuals, couples, and families through scheduled video appointments
-   Help clients talk through problems affecting their relationships or home life
-   Support couples and families dealing with changes, disagreements, or ongoing stress
-   Keep required notes and case records current
-   Pay attention to concerns that may need a different level of care
-   Make referrals when another type of service would be more appropriate
-   Protect client privacy and maintain professional boundaries
-   Follow Delaware LMFT requirements and ethical standards

## Requirements

-   Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field
-   Active LMFT license in Delaware
-   Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families
-   Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
-   Comfort with telehealth platforms and virtual care delivery
-   Knowledge of state and federal confidentiality regulations
