**Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)**

**Position:** Full-Time  
**Salary:** $115,000 – $120,000 per year  
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM  
**Location:** Kentucky  
**Setting:** Remote/Telehealth

**Job Summary**

Relationships can affect nearly every part of a person’s life. In this role, you’ll help clients have difficult conversations, recognize unhealthy patterns, and find better ways to communicate with the people closest to them. Sessions may involve an individual working through a personal issue, a couple trying to reconnect, or a family dealing with conflict or change.

**Responsibilities**

-   Work with individuals, couples, and families through virtual appointments
-   Guide conversations around communication, conflict, and relationships
-   Learn about each client’s background and current situation
-   Help clients set goals for therapy
-   Introduce tools clients can practice between sessions
-   Keep track of changes and concerns as therapy continues

## Requirements

-   Active Kentucky LMFT license
-   Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy
-   Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
-   Ability to manage a remote caseload independently
-   Strong written and verbal communication skills
