**Remote Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) | Indiana Telehealth Role**

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide remote therapy services to individuals, couples, and families across Indiana. In this role, you will meet with clients through a secure telehealth platform, help them work through relationship challenges, family stressors, communication issues, life transitions, and emotional concerns, and provide steady clinical support through evidence-based care.

**Responsibilities**

-   Provide virtual therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families using a secure telehealth system
-   Assess client concerns and develop treatment plans based on clinical needs and goals
-   Support clients with relationship conflict, family dynamics, stress, anxiety, grief, parenting concerns, and major life changes
-   Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation after each session
-   Use appropriate therapeutic approaches such as family systems therapy, CBT-informed care, solution-focused therapy, or other evidence-based methods
-   Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans when needed
-   Follow ethical, legal, and HIPAA standards for remote behavioral health services

## Requirements

-   Active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist license in Indiana
-   Master’s degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field
-   Must be able to practice independently in Indiana
-   Prior experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families
-   Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
-   Strong documentation, communication, and time-management skills
-   Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for virtual sessions
