**Job Summary**

We’re looking for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join a telehealth care team serving clients throughout South Dakota. This position focuses on helping clients improve relationships, manage conflict, strengthen communication, and work through personal or family-related challenges. You’ll provide consistent clinical care through scheduled virtual sessions, offering practical support that helps clients make meaningful progress.

**Responsibilities**

-   Conduct telehealth therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families
-   Complete intake assessments and identify client goals
-   Create treatment plans based on client needs and clinical best practices
-   Help clients develop coping strategies, communication skills, and healthier relationship patterns
-   Document sessions clearly and in compliance with clinical standards
-   Maintain client confidentiality and follow all telehealth privacy guidelines
-   Participate in care coordination when appropriate

## Requirements

-   Active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist license in South Dakota
-   Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
-   Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families
-   Strong understanding of ethical, legal, and clinical documentation requirements
-   Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
-   Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
