**Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)**

**Job Summary**

This telehealth role gives Virginia-licensed LMFTs the opportunity to provide ongoing therapy in a remote setting. You will help clients work through relationship challenges, family stress, communication concerns, and personal mental health needs while maintaining professional documentation and care standards.

**Position Details**

**Location:** Virginia  
**Work Setting:** Remote / Telehealth  
**Position Type:** Full-Time  
**Salary:** $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits  
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

**Responsibilities**

-   Deliver virtual therapy services to individuals, couples, and families
-   Complete clinical intakes and identify client goals
-   Develop treatment plans that reflect each client’s needs and progress
-   Provide therapy for concerns such as relationship conflict, parenting stress, anxiety, depression, grief, and major transitions
-   Maintain timely progress notes and required documentation
-   Protect client confidentiality during all telehealth sessions
-   Use electronic systems for scheduling, records, and communication

## Requirements

-   Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
-   Active Virginia LMFT license in good standing
-   Previous clinical experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families
-   Comfortable delivering care through telehealth platforms
-   Strong documentation and communication skills
-   Ability to manage a full-time clinical caseload
-   Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for virtual sessions
