**Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)**

**Job Summary**

We are hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide telehealth therapy for clients throughout Virginia. The role focuses on practical, client-centered care for individuals, couples, and families navigating relationship strain, parenting concerns, communication problems, emotional health concerns, and life adjustments.

**Position Details**

**Location:** Virginia  
**Work Setting:** Remote / Telehealth  
**Position Type:** Full-Time  
**Salary:** $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits  
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

**Responsibilities**

-   Provide remote counseling services through a secure telehealth platform
-   Work with clients on relationship patterns, family concerns, conflict resolution, stress, anxiety, depression, and adjustment issues
-   Create and update treatment plans based on each client’s goals
-   Document sessions, assessments, and clinical progress in a timely manner
-   Maintain client privacy and follow HIPAA-compliant practices
-   Use clinical judgment to determine appropriate care plans and referrals
-   Communicate professionally with clients and internal care teams
-   Stay current with licensure, ethics, and continuing education requirements

## Requirements

-   Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
-   Active Virginia LMFT license in good standing
-   Previous clinical experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families
-   Comfortable delivering care through telehealth platforms
-   Strong documentation and communication skills
-   Ability to manage a full-time clinical caseload
-   Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for virtual sessions
