**Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor**

**Position:** Full-Time  
**Salary:** $115,000 – $120,000 per year  
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM  
**Location: Maryland**

This counselor role is ideal for clinicians who want steady client work with added influence on care quality. You will manage a consistent caseload while supporting documentation standards and contributing to clinical discussions across the team.

**Responsibilities**

-   Deliver telehealth counseling services
-   Complete diagnostic assessments and care plans
-   Offer clinical input and case feedback to peers
-   Maintain timely and accurate documentation
-   Follow Maryland ethical and practice guidelines

## Requirements

-   Active Maryland **LCPC** license
-   Master’s degree in Counseling or related field
-   Experience mentoring or supervising counselors
-   Knowledge of evidence-based counseling models
-   Comfort working in a fully remote role
