The caseload is primarily orthopedic and musculoskeletal, with patients ranging from **11 to 90 years old**. You will work alongside **2 Physical Therapists and 2 Physical Therapist Assistants**, using **WebPT** for documentation.

**Compensation**

**New Graduate Physical Therapist:** $65,000–$70,000 per year  
**Experienced Physical Therapist:** $80,000–$90,000 per year, based on years of experience

**Preferred Schedule Options**

**Preferred Option: Four 10-Hour Days**

-   Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
-   Tuesday off each week

**Alternate Option: Monday–Friday**

-   Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
-   Wednesday, Friday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

**Clinic Snapshot**

-   Patient Volume: 7–15 patients per day
-   Clinic Volume: Approximately 160–190 patient visits per week
-   Clinical Team: 2 PTs and 2 PTAs
-   EMR System: WebPT
-   Main Caseload: Orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
-   Insurance Accepted: BCBS, UnitedHealthcare, Medicare, TRICARE, Humana, and Aetna

**Responsibilities**

-   Complete evaluations and establish appropriate plans of care
-   Treat orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions through skilled physical therapy services
-   Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, gait training, balance activities, and functional rehab
-   Educate patients on home programs, recovery expectations, and safe movement habits
-   Monitor functional progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
-   Document evaluations, daily notes, progress reports, and discharge summaries in WebPT

Work closely with PTAs and clinical staff to support patient outcomes

## Requirements

-   Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
-   Active Missouri Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain Missouri licensure
-   New graduates are welcome to apply
-   Outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred, but not required
-   Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and documentation skills
-   Ability to work professionally with patients across a broad age range
