**Physical Therapist (PT)**

**Edison, NJ | $90K–$100K/year + Full Benefits**

**Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9 AM–5 PM

Looking for a **Physical Therapist job in Edison, NJ** with a consistent weekday schedule? We are recruiting an experienced PT to join an **orthopedic outpatient physical therapy office** serving patients with a range of injuries, post-surgical needs, mobility limitations, and musculoskeletal conditions.

This is a hands-on clinical role where you will assess each patient's current function, identify treatment priorities, and guide them through a structured rehabilitation plan. You'll typically see **1–2 patients per hour**, allowing time for focused treatment and progress monitoring.

**What You'll Do**

-   Perform physical therapy evaluations and functional assessments
-   Identify mobility, strength, balance, flexibility, and movement limitations
-   Establish measurable short- and long-term rehabilitation goals
-   Create and carry out individualized outpatient treatment programs
-   Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and functional activities
-   Reassess progress and update treatment approaches as clinically appropriate
-   Provide patients with clear home exercise and self-management instructions
-   Maintain complete patient records and treatment documentation

## Requirements

-   Active **NJ Physical Therapist license**
-   DPT or MSPT degree from an accredited physical therapy program
-   Outpatient PT experience
-   Experience working with orthopedic or musculoskeletal rehabilitation cases
-   Strong clinical decision-making and patient communication skills
