**California LCSW Telehealth Therapist | Full-Time Remote Clinical Role**

**Job Summary**

This full-time **remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker** position gives you the opportunity to provide consistent therapy services to clients throughout California from a private remote setting. The role centers on helping clients understand patterns, manage symptoms, build coping skills, and make progress toward personal goals through structured clinical care.

**Responsibilities**

-   Meet with clients through scheduled telehealth therapy sessions
-   Conduct intake assessments and gather relevant psychosocial, behavioral, and clinical history
-   Create individualized treatment goals that reflect each client’s needs and readiness for change
-   Provide therapy for clients dealing with mood concerns, relationship stress, work stress, grief, trauma, life transitions, and other mental health needs
-   Track client progress and update treatment plans as care needs change
-   Complete session notes, assessments, and required documentation within expected timeframes
-   Use sound clinical judgment when identifying risk, safety concerns, or need for higher levels of care
-   Maintain a professional remote therapy environment that protects client privacy

## Requirements

-   Active **California Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW** license in good standing
-   Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
-   Previous experience providing individual therapy or behavioral health services
-   Comfortable delivering care through telehealth platforms
-   Strong documentation skills and understanding of clinical charting requirements
-   Ability to manage a full-time caseload with professionalism and consistency
-   Reliable internet connection and a private workspace suitable for remote therapy
-   Familiarity with evidence-based treatment approaches such as CBT, DBT, mindfulness-based care, trauma-informed therapy, or solution-focused therapy
