## Description

We are looking for a **Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)** to join our remote care team on a full-time basis. This telehealth role centers on helping clients address mental health concerns through assessment, therapy, treatment planning, and consistent follow-up. The day-to-day work is focused, purposeful, and centered on delivering high-quality clinical care in an accessible virtual setting.

**Position:** Full-Time  
**Location:** North Carolina  
**Setting:** Remote/Telehealth  
**Salary:** $115,000 to $120,000 a year  
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

**Responsibilities:**

-   Deliver telehealth therapy sessions to clients on a scheduled basis
-   Assess presenting concerns and recommend appropriate treatment approaches
-   Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans
-   Document sessions, treatment goals, and clinical progress accurately
-   Help clients build strategies for managing stress, trauma, and life transitions
-   Maintain regular follow-up and continuity of care

## Requirements

-   Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
-   Active LCSW license in good standing
-   At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
-   Experience providing mental health counseling or therapy services
-   Strong documentation and case management skills
-   Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
