## Description

**Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)**

**Position:** Full-Time  
**Work Setting:** Remote  
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM  
**Salary:** $115,000–$120,000 per year + benefits

**About the Role**

We are looking for an LCSW licensed in New Mexico to work with clients who are dealing with mental health concerns as well as challenges in their personal or family lives. Your work will include therapy, case follow-up, and helping clients find other services or resources when needed. You may also communicate with healthcare providers or family members when their involvement is relevant to the client’s care.

**Responsibilities**

-   Meet with clients for individual therapy sessions
-   Complete psychosocial assessments and review client history
-   Discuss concerns related to mental health, family, work, or daily life
-   Keep clinical notes and case records up to date
-   Help clients locate community programs and other available resources
-   Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries
-   Follow New Mexico LCSW licensing requirements

## Requirements

-   MSW degree + active LCSW license in New Mexico
-   A minimum of 2 years’ field experience
-   Confidence working independently in a virtual setting
-   Strong communication and case documentation skills
