**Position Overview**

A full-time Physical Therapist is needed in Lone Jack, MO for a modern outpatient orthopedic clinic serving patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions. **Compensation Details**

-   New graduates: **$65,000–$70,000 per year**

**Schedule Preferences**

**Option 1: Four 10-Hour Days Preferred**

-   Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
-   Tuesday off each week

**Option 2: Monday–Friday Schedule**

-   Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
-   Wednesday, Friday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

**Responsibilities**

-   Evaluate patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
-   Develop treatment plans based on diagnosis, clinical presentation, and patient goals
-   Provide skilled treatment, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, mobility training, balance work, gait training, and functional rehabilitation
-   Educate patients on home exercises, activity modifications, and safe movement strategies
-   Monitor progress and update treatment plans as needed
-   Complete timely and accurate documentation through WebPT
-   Collaborate with PTAs, other Physical Therapists, and referral sources
-   Help patients improve strength, mobility, function, and daily activity tolerance

## Requirements

-   Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
-   Active Missouri Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain Missouri licensure
-   New graduates are welcome to apply
-   Outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred, but not required
-   Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and documentation skills
-   Ability to work professionally with patients across a broad age range
