**Physical Therapist Needed**

**Location:** Bridgewater, NJ  
**Position:** Full-Time  
**Salary:** $90K to $110K a year  
**Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

**Job Summary:**  
We’re hiring a Physical Therapist to provide structured, patient-focused care in a full-time setting. This role is centered on helping patients recover movement, improve physical ability, and manage pain through well-planned therapy sessions. You will be responsible for creating treatment strategies, guiding patients through each phase of care, and helping them work toward realistic physical goals.

**Responsibilities:**

-   Examine patients and determine appropriate therapy needs
-   Create personalized rehabilitation plans
-   Provide direct treatment through exercise instruction and manual techniques
-   Measure patient progress and make treatment adjustments
-   Explain recovery goals and treatment steps clearly to patients
-   Keep documentation complete and up to date

## Requirements

-   Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
-   Active New Jersey Physical Therapist license
-   Strong knowledge of rehabilitation principles and treatment planning
-   Ability to manage a full-time patient schedule effectively
-   Previous outpatient experience preferred
