## Description

**Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)**

We are looking for a full-time **Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)** to join a remote telehealth team. You’ll provide therapy, complete intakes, build treatment plans, and help clients manage emotional and behavioral challenges. The role also includes keeping organized notes and delivering care in a professional virtual setting.

**Position:** Full-Time  
**Location:** Washington  
**Setting:** Remote/Telehealth  
**Salary:** $115,000 to $120,000 a year  
**Schedule:** Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

**Responsibilities:**

-   Conduct virtual therapy sessions
-   Complete intake assessments and gather client history
-   Develop and update treatment plans
-   Maintain accurate documentation
-   Monitor client progress throughout treatment
-   Coordinate care when outside support is needed

## Requirements

-   Master’s degree in Social Work
-   Active Washington LICSW license
-   Experience in a clinical mental health setting preferred
-   Strong communication and documentation skills
-   Comfortable using telehealth platforms and EHR systems
