## Description

**Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) | Full-Time Telehealth Role in Utah**

We are hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide remote therapy services to clients across Utah. In this full-time role, you will meet with clients through a secure telehealth platform, complete clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing support for individuals managing emotional, behavioral, and life-related challenges.

This role is a strong fit for an LCSW who comfortable working is independently, communicates clearly, and values steady, structured clinical work in a remote setting.

-   Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth
-   Position Type: Full-Time
-   Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
-   Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

**Responsibilities**

-   Provide individual therapy sessions through a secure telehealth platform
-   Complete intake assessments and gather relevant client history
-   Develop, update, and follow individualized treatment plans
-   Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
-   Monitor client progress and adjust care plans as needed
-   Provide support for clients experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief, or life transitions
-   Follow HIPAA, ethical, and state licensing requirements
-   Communicate professionally with clients and internal team members when needed

## Requirements

-   Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
-   Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker license in Utah
-   Previous clinical therapy experience required
-   Experience providing telehealth services preferred
-   Strong documentation and time management skills
-   Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for remote sessions
