**Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist**

**Position:** Full-Time  
**Salary:** $115,000 – $120,000 per year  
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM  
**Location:** Montana

**Role Description**

This position supports individuals, couples, and families through structured virtual therapy. You’ll work with clients to address relationship dynamics, communication patterns, and long-term goals.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Provide telehealth therapy to individuals, couples, and families
-   Complete relational assessments and care planning
-   Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
-   Use systems-based and relational therapy methods
-   Support continuity of care across sessions

## Requirements

-   Active Montana LMFT license
-   Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
-   Experience with family or relational therapy models
-   Strong organization and boundary-setting skills
-   Confidence delivering therapy in a remote format
