## Description

**Physical Therapist Assistant – Orthopedic Outpatient Care with a Personal Pace**

**The Clinic**

This **Hallandale Beach, FL** orthopedic outpatient office is **PT-owned** and built around manageable patient care. With **2 patients per hour**, the clinic gives PTAs time to guide patients properly, answer questions, and support treatment follow-through.

**The Position**

The Physical Therapist Assistant will work under the supervision of the Physical Therapist and assist patients with treatment plans designed to improve function, movement, strength, balance, and mobility.

**Responsibilities**

-   Carry out treatment plans according to PT direction
-   Assist patients with therapeutic exercise and functional rehab
-   Support mobility, gait, balance, range of motion, and strengthening activities
-   Monitor how patients respond during each session
-   Communicate patient updates to the supervising PT
-   Review home exercise programs with patients
-   Document care provided during each visit
-   Help maintain a safe and organized treatment space

## Requirements

-   Florida PTA License required
-   PTA Degree required
-   Outpatient experience preferred
-   New graduates are welcome to apply
-   Comfortable working with orthopedic patients
