**Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)**

**Position:** Full-Time  
**Salary:** $115,000 – $120,000 per year  
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM  
**Location:** Maryland

**Job Summary**

Spend your workday focused on client care without the commute. As an LCPC, you’ll meet with clients from your home office, manage a regular appointment schedule, and provide counseling throughout the course of treatment. You’ll have time to get to know your clients, understand what they’re working through, and help them move forward at a pace that makes sense for them.

**Responsibilities**

-   Meet with clients for scheduled virtual counseling sessions
-   Complete assessments for new clients
-   Discuss concerns and establish treatment goals
-   Help clients work through personal and mental health challenges
-   Check in on progress throughout treatment
-   Keep session notes and client records up to date

## Requirements

-   Active Maryland **LCPC** license
-   Master’s degree in Counseling or related field
-   Experience in outpatient or virtual counseling
-   Familiarity with evidence-based approaches
-   Strong organization and communication skills
