**Experienced Physical Therapist – Outpatient Orthopedics, PT-Owned Practice**

This opportunity is for a Physical Therapist who wants to practice in a setting where clinical judgment matters. The clinic is **PT-owned**, located in **Hollywood, FL**, and focused on orthopedic outpatient care with a patient volume of **2 patients per hour**.

You’ll have the chance to manage evaluations, guide treatment direction, and help patients make real functional gains without the pressure of an overly packed schedule.

**Responsibilities**

-   Perform detailed evaluations and establish treatment goals
-   Manage plans of care for orthopedic and post-operative patients
-   Provide skilled treatment using manual therapy, exercise progression, movement training, and functional rehab
-   Monitor patient outcomes and update interventions as needed
-   Communicate progress clearly with patients and clinical staff
-   Provide direction to PTAs as needed
-   Complete documentation, progress notes, and discharge planning
-   Support a professional clinic culture focused on patient results

## Requirements

-   Florida Physical Therapist License required
-   DPT or MSPT Degree required
-   Outpatient experience preferred
-   New graduates are welcome to apply
-   Strong orthopedic treatment background preferred
-   Confident clinical decision-making skills
