## Description

**Physical Therapist Assistant – Outpatient Orthopedic Clinic**

A **PT-owned orthopedic outpatient office in Boca Raton, FL** is hiring a **Physical Therapist Assistant** to support treatment plans and help patients move through rehab safely and effectively.

This clinic treats **2 patients per hour**, giving PTAs time to guide exercises, monitor form, communicate patient updates, and support progress without a rushed pace.

**Position Details**

-   **Setting:** Orthopedic Outpatient Office
-   **Clinic:** PT-owned
-   **Patient Volume:** 2 patients per hour
-   **Schedule:** Flexible — 4-day work schedule or Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
-   **Salary:** $60,000–$70,000 per year, depending on experience

**Responsibilities**

-   Carry out treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist
-   Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and functional activities
-   Assist with strengthening, balance, mobility, flexibility, and gait training
-   Monitor patient response during treatment
-   Communicate progress or concerns to the supervising PT
-   Reinforce home exercise programs and safe movement
-   Complete accurate treatment documentation
-   Help keep treatment areas organized and ready

## Requirements

-   Active Florida PTA License
-   PTA Degree required
-   Outpatient experience required, including clinical rotation experience for new graduates
-   New graduates are welcome to apply
