**Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)**

**New York | Remote Telehealth | Full-Time**  
**Salary:** $115,000–$120,000 per year  
**Hours:** Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

**The Opportunity**

We’re looking for a New York LCSW to join our remote clinical team. You’ll work one-on-one with clients during scheduled video appointments, helping them address mental health concerns and the circumstances affecting their day-to-day lives.

The position is primarily focused on clinical practice. You’ll have responsibility for your own client caseload, make treatment decisions within your scope of practice, and handle the clinical follow-up associated with ongoing therapy.

**What the Role Involves**

-   Maintain a regular schedule of individual therapy appointments
-   Work with clients experiencing emotional, behavioral, relationship, and adjustment-related concerns
-   Use clinical social work skills to understand the client’s situation and determine appropriate interventions
-   Help clients identify realistic goals and practical ways to manage current challenges
-   Reassess care when a client’s circumstances or needs change
-   Complete required clinical records and treatment updates

## Requirements

-   Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
-   Active New York LCSW license in good standing
-   Previous clinical experience providing therapy or behavioral health services
-   Strong documentation and clinical assessment skills
-   Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
-   Reliable internet connection and a private workspace
-   Ability to manage a full-time caseload with professionalism and care
