**Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist**

**Location:** Arkansas  
**Position:** Full-Time  
**Salary:** $115,000–$120,000 per year  
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

**Job Summary**

We are hiring an LMFT licensed in Arkansas to provide therapy through telehealth. You will work with individuals, couples, and families who may be dealing with relationship problems, family stress, communication issues, parenting concerns, or major life changes. The position includes regular client sessions, documentation, and follow-up as therapy continues.

**Responsibilities**

-   Provide virtual therapy to individuals, couples, and families
-   Talk with clients about relationship and family concerns
-   Complete intake sessions and review relevant background information
-   Help clients identify what they want to work on in therapy
-   Keep session notes and client records up to date
-   Follow up on concerns that come up during treatment
-   Follow Arkansas LMFT licensing and professional requirements

## Requirements

-   Active Arkansas **LMFT** license
-   Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
-   Minimum 2 years post-licensure experience
-   Experience delivering virtual therapy
-   Ability to manage a full caseload independently
