**Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)**

**Location:** Delaware  
**Work Setting:** Remote / Telehealth  
**Position:** Full-Time  
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM  
**Salary:** $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits

**Position Summary**

This remote role is open to an LCSW licensed in Delaware who enjoys working directly with clients and looking at the bigger picture behind what they are experiencing. You may support people dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, family concerns, or other pressures affecting their personal lives. Along with therapy, you may also help clients navigate outside factors that can influence their mental health, including family responsibilities, access to services, or changes in their living situation.

**Responsibilities**

-   Meet with clients through scheduled virtual therapy appointments
-   Learn about the concerns, circumstances, and experiences affecting each client
-   Provide psychotherapy within your LCSW scope of practice
-   Keep clinical records clear and up to date
-   Consider family, social, and practical factors when reviewing a case
-   Work with healthcare or community providers when coordination is needed
-   Help clients locate appropriate services or resources when necessary
-   Address urgent concerns according to established procedures
-   Maintain confidentiality and follow Delaware LCSW professional standards

## Requirements

-   Active Delaware LCSW license required
-   Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
-   Previous clinical therapy experience preferred
-   Comfortable providing services through telehealth
-   Strong documentation and communication skills
-   Ability to work independently in a remote clinical role
