**Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)**

**Kansas | Full-Time | Remote / Telehealth**  
**$115,000–$120,000 per year + Full Benefits**  
**Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM**

We’re looking for an **LCSW** who can look at the bigger picture and help clients work through these challenges with practical, individualised support. You’ll provide therapy to adults throughout Kansas, assess their needs, establish clear goals, and adjust care as their circumstances change.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Conduct individual therapy sessions through telehealth
-   Complete clinical assessments and gather relevant client information
-   Develop care plans based on client needs, strengths, and treatment goals
-   Support clients with stress, mood concerns, relationship issues, and life transitions
-   Review progress and update care plans when appropriate
-   Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
-   Identify when referrals or additional support services may be needed
-   Maintain a reliable schedule and meet professional practice standards

## Requirements

-   Active Kansas LCSW license in good standing
-   Master's degree in a relevant behavioral health field appropriate for Licensed Clinical Social Worker licensure
-   Full clinical licensure required; temporary, associate, intern, or probationary licenses are not intended for this role
-   Experience supporting adults through anxiety, depression, stress, relationship concerns, or major life changes.
-   Experience with clinical social work, therapy, psychosocial assessment, or care planning is helpful.
