**Work Schedule**

The clinic offers flexibility and would strongly prefer one of these schedules:

**Option 1: Four 10-Hour Days, Preferred**

-   Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
-   Tuesday off each week

**Option 2: Monday–Friday Schedule**

-   Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
-   Wednesday, Friday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

**Patient and Clinic Overview**

-   7–15 patients per day
-   Approximately 160–190 patient visits per week
-   Orthopedic and musculoskeletal caseload
-   Patient age range of 11 to 90 years old
-   WebPT EMR system
-   Team includes PTs and PTAs

**Responsibilities**

-   Evaluate patients and determine treatment needs
-   Build treatment plans based on diagnosis, goals, function, and progress
-   Treat orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions through skilled physical therapy care
-   Provide therapeutic exercise, functional training, manual therapy, mobility work, and strengthening programs
-   Support patients recovering from injury, surgery, pain, weakness, or movement limitations
-   Educate patients on home programs and safe activity progression
-   Reassess outcomes and modify treatment plans when needed
-   Complete patient documentation in WebPT
-   Work with PTAs to support consistent care delivery

## Requirements

-   Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
-   Active Missouri Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure
-   New graduates are welcome to apply
-   Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but not required
-   Strong communication, patient education, and documentation skills
-   Ability to work with patients across a wide age range
