We are hiring a Rhode Island Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker for a full-time remote therapy position. The LICSW will provide virtual mental health services, complete clinical documentation, and help clients work toward practical treatment goals through regular telehealth sessions.

**Responsibilities**

-   Deliver scheduled therapy sessions through a secure online platform
-   Complete client assessments and identify treatment needs
-   Develop individualized treatment plans and update them as care progresses
-   Provide therapy using appropriate clinical methods and professional judgment
-   Maintain accurate notes, records, and documentation
-   Monitor client safety, progress, and ongoing care needs
-   Follow all privacy, ethical, and telehealth practice standards
-   Communicate with clients in a clear, respectful, and professional manner

## Requirements

-   Active Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker license in Rhode Island
-   Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
-   Prior clinical experience providing therapy or behavioral health services
-   Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
-   Comfortable providing services through telehealth
