**Outpatient Physical Therapist Assistant**

**Job Summary**

This **Physical Therapist Assistant** role is with a PT-owned outpatient orthopedic office in **Hallandale Beach, FL**. The PTA will work closely with Physical Therapists to deliver treatment programs for patients recovering from injuries, pain, surgery, and movement limitations.

The clinic offers a patient pace of **2 patients per hour**, along with flexible scheduling and full benefits.

**Responsibilities**

-   Implement treatment interventions under PT supervision
-   Guide patients through strengthening, mobility, balance, and flexibility exercises
-   Assist with functional training and gait activities
-   Monitor how patients respond during treatment
-   Communicate changes, concerns, or progress to the PT
-   Reinforce home exercise programs
-   Complete accurate daily documentation
-   Support a clean and organized treatment environment

## Requirements

-   Active Florida PTA License
-   PTA Degree
-   Outpatient experience preferred
