**Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)**

**Job Summary**

This full-time remote LMFT role gives you the opportunity to provide therapy to clients in South Dakota through a secure telehealth platform. The work includes supporting individuals, couples, and families as they navigate conflict, emotional strain, communication concerns, and changing life circumstances. This is a practical, client-facing role with a consistent weekday schedule, strong annual pay, and full benefits.

**Responsibilities**

-   Deliver virtual therapy sessions for clients using a secure online platform
-   Provide clinical support for couples, families, and individuals
-   Assess client concerns and recommend appropriate treatment approaches
-   Create, update, and manage treatment plans
-   Maintain clear, professional, and compliant client documentation
-   Track client progress over time and make clinical adjustments as needed
-   Follow all LMFT licensing standards and telehealth regulations

## Requirements

-   Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
-   Active LMFT license in South Dakota
-   Previous clinical experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families
-   Comfortable providing care through a remote telehealth platform
-   Strong communication, assessment, and documentation skills
