**Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)**

**Job Summary**

A full-time opportunity is available for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide telehealth services to clients in South Dakota. This role is focused on helping clients work through relational, emotional, and family-based concerns in a structured virtual care setting. You will provide therapy, complete documentation, and guide clients through treatment plans that support healthier communication, coping skills, and day-to-day functioning.

·        **Salary:** $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits

·        **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

**Responsibilities**

-   Conduct remote therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families
-   Evaluate client needs and create treatment plans based on clinical findings
-   Provide support for marital concerns, family dynamics, parenting stress, trauma, anxiety, and adjustment issues
-   Keep client records current, accurate, and compliant
-   Use approved telehealth tools for all virtual appointments
-   Review treatment progress and update care plans when needed
-   Maintain professional boundaries and uphold licensing requirements

## Requirements

-   Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
-   Active LMFT license in South Dakota
-   Previous clinical experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families
-   Comfortable providing care through a remote telehealth platform
-   Strong communication, assessment, and documentation skills
