## Description

**Physical Therapist Assistant**

We are seeking a **Physical Therapist Assistant** for a full-time outpatient position. This role involves supporting patients through each stage of their rehab sessions, helping them perform exercises safely, understand their care plan, and continue making progress between visits. **Spanish speaking is required** to support clear patient communication.

**Location:** Lauderhill, FL  
**Schedule:** M, W, F 8:00 AM-6:00 PM | T, Th 9:00 AM-2:00 PM  
**Patient Volume:** 1 patient per hour  
**Salary:** $65K-$75K/year DOE plus full benefits

**Responsibilities:**

-   Implement treatment plans designed by the Physical Therapist
-   Assist patients with exercises and functional movements
-   Observe progress and communicate any changes
-   Maintain daily treatment records
-   Help Spanish-speaking patients understand instructions

## Requirements

-   Associate degree from an accredited PTA program
-   Active Florida PTA license
-   Outpatient experience preferred
-   Spanish speaking required
