**Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)**

**Job Summary**

We are looking for a Virginia-licensed LMFT to provide therapy through telehealth. This position involves regular client sessions, treatment planning, progress documentation, and relationship-focused clinical care for clients dealing with family concerns, partner conflict, stress, emotional health needs, and everyday challenges.

**Position Details**

**Position Type:** Full-Time  
**Salary:** $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits  
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

**Responsibilities**

-   Meet with clients virtually for scheduled therapy sessions
-   Provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families
-   Assess client needs and create practical treatment goals
-   Help clients improve communication, manage conflict, and work through emotional or relational concerns
-   Complete clinical notes, treatment plans, and required records on time
-   Maintain ethical and confidential care in a remote setting
-   Use telehealth and electronic documentation systems appropriately
-   Refer clients to additional services when clinically appropriate

## Requirements

-   Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
-   Active Virginia LMFT license in good standing
-   Previous clinical experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families
-   Comfortable delivering care through telehealth platforms
-   Strong documentation and communication skills
-   Ability to manage a full-time clinical caseload
-   Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for virtual sessions
