**Healthcare Recruiter (Telehealth Mental Health – Nationwide)**

**Job Summary**  
Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking a relentless, high-speed **Remote Healthcare Recruiter** to join our national staffing engine. We aren’t just filling seats; we are "dissolving the gap" in the U.S. healthcare system. In this role, you will be a high-volume "talent hunter," identifying and placing Mental Health Counselors onto Online Telehealth platforms Nationwide.

**Work Schedule:** M to F 9-6 pm

**Work Type:** 100% Remote W2 Full Time

**Salary:** $70,000 to $80,000 per year depending on experience.

-   **Sell The Job Opportunity to Mental Health Counselors**
-   **Help Answer All of Their Questions on A Zoom Call**
-   **Assist With The Mental Health Therapist to help them complete their Job Application and Onboarding Process.**

## Requirements

-   **The "Hunter" Mindset:** A self-motivated closer who thrives on the hustle and is hungry for a six-figure income.
-   **Experience:** Must have 5 years or more of Healthcare Recruiting Experience recruiting licensed healthcare professionals. Must have experience with hard selling.
-   **General Healthcare Knowledge:** Familiarity with various Mental Health licenses (LMHC, LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, Psychologist, LPC, LCPC, LICSW, LISW etc) and the general credentialing process in the US.
-   **Sales DNA:** Proven success in a high-pressure, metrics-driven environment—whether in recruitment, B2B sales, or high-volume business development.
-   **Remote Mastery:** Expert at managing your own time and maintaining high productivity in a 100% remote setting.
