**Position Overview:**

We are expanding our team and looking for Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMFT, LCSW, LPC) to provide therapy to adult individuals and couples.

**Job Type:** Full-time, Remote  
**Schedule:** Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Conduct assessments, evaluations, and therapy sessions
-   Complete documentation within 24 hours
-   Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
-   Participate in peer case consultations
-   Maintain accurate and timely records

**Salary:** **$115,000 - $120,000** annually, plus comprehensive benefits.

## Requirements

-   Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related discipline
-   Active independent licensure (LMFT, LCPC, LPC, LCSW)
-   Comfortable using technology for virtual therapy sessions
