**Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW)**

This remote counseling role is for an Iowa-licensed clinician who wants to provide practical, professional mental health care without the limitations of an office-based schedule. You will meet clients where they are through secure online sessions and help them receive support in a way that feels more accessible.

This position offers a structured Monday to Friday schedule and the opportunity to work with clients across Iowa through a fully remote setting.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Provide virtual counseling services to clients located in Iowa
-   Assess client needs and create individualized care plans
-   Guide clients through concerns such as stress, anxiety, mood changes, relationship issues, and major life transitions
-   Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
-   Uphold confidentiality, ethical standards, and professional boundaries

## Requirements

-   Must hold an active Iowa license in one of the following accepted credentials: Licensed Marital and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW)
-   Background in mental health counseling, psychotherapy, or clinical social work
-   Comfortable using telehealth platforms and digital records
