A full-time **Physical Therapist** position is open in **Pleasant Hill, MO** for a clinician who wants to treat orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions in a modern outpatient clinic.

This role gives you the opportunity to support patients through evaluation, treatment, education, and measurable progress. Patients range from **11 to 90 years old**, bringing variety to the caseload and giving you the chance to work with different stages of recovery.

**What You Can Expect**

You will see approximately **7–15 patients per day** in a clinic that handles about **160–190 patient visits per week**. The team includes **2 Physical Therapists and 2 PTAs**, and the clinic uses **WebPT** for documentation.

The clinic accepts major insurance plans, including **BCBS, UnitedHealthcare, Medicare, TRICARE, Humana, and Aetna**.

**Salary and Schedule**

**Salary Range:**  
$65,000–$70,000 per year for new graduates  
$80,000–$90,000 per year for experienced Physical Therapists

**Preferred Schedule:**  
Four 10-hour days: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday  
Tuesday off each week

**Alternative Schedule:**  
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM  
Wednesday, Friday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

**What You’ll Do**

-   Evaluate patients and identify therapy needs
-   Build treatment plans around patient goals and clinical findings
-   Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, gait training, mobility work, balance training, and functional rehabilitation
-   Educate patients on home exercise programs and safe activity progression
-   Monitor treatment response and update care plans as needed
-   Complete accurate documentation in WebPT
-   Partner with PTAs and other team members to support continuity of care
-   Help patients improve strength, mobility, function, and confidence in movement

## Requirements

-   Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
-   Active Missouri Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure
-   New graduates are encouraged to apply
-   Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but not required
-   Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and documentation skills
