## Requirements

-   Active LMFT license in the state of California (required)
-   Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
-   2+ years of clinical experience (preferred)
-   Comfortable with telehealth platforms and remote work
-   Empathetic, communicative, and organized
