This isn’t a high-volume outpatient role where you feel pulled in too many directions. This **PT-owned orthopedic outpatient clinic in Delray Beach, FL** sees **2 patients per hour**, giving the PTA a steady pace and room to work closely with patients.

**The Role**

As the Physical Therapist Assistant, you’ll help patients carry out treatment programs developed by the Physical Therapist. The work includes exercise instruction, functional training, mobility support, and patient education.

**Responsibilities**

-   Follow the Physical Therapist’s established plan of care
-   Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and movement activities
-   Support strengthening, stretching, balance, gait, and mobility work
-   Monitor patient response and communicate updates to the PT
-   Help patients perform exercises safely and correctly
-   Reinforce home program instructions
-   Complete daily treatment notes
-   Support a clean and efficient clinic environment

## Requirements

-   Florida PTA License required
-   PTA Degree required
-   Outpatient experience preferred
-   New graduates are welcome to apply
